Lilies and Pearls Wedding Cakes is based in Ann Marie's own private residence in Gort, Co. Galway. To maintain high standards this residence has been appproved by the Western Health Board.

All cakes will be made to order so there will be many different sizes and shapes available to suit exact needs: Round, Square, Hexagonal or Petal. Rich Fruit cakes are matured with Brandy, covered in pure natural marzipan and decorated to your exact requirements. Other cakes available are:

• Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Delivery

All cakes will be delivered for a nominal fee outside a radius of ten miles outside Galway. All wedding cakes are delivered on the morning of your wedding. Delivery is available nationwide.

Anne Marie Smullen

With over ten years experience as a Pastry Chef, and seven years of that experience working with Sugarcraft, Ann Marie is passionately committed to working with the bride and groom to design the wedding cake of their dreams. She will work with you to be as creative as you can with the cake of your desire.

Ann Marie Smullen has over ten years experience working as a Pastry Chef. She worked in many four star hotels and upmarket restaurants. During this time, Ann Marie has completed many advanced courses, in Killybegs (Cert. in Professional Cookery), Galway and France (Diploma in Culinary Arts).

Ann Marie also completed many courses in sugar craft to which includes:

• Royal Icing
• Roll on Icing
• Pastillage
• Cold Porcelain
• Sugar Flowers

Ann Marie has achieved many awards. To date she holds:

• Five Certificates of Merits
• One Silver Medal
• Two Gold Medals
