Hello, I'm Ann Marie, the founder and creative force behind Lilies and Pearls. I want to take a moment to introduce myself and share the journey that led me to my true passion: crafting beautiful and delicious cakes for your special moments.
My story begins with a deep love for baking, a gift that was passed down to me from my mother. Baking has always been more than just a hobby; it's been a source of joy and creativity in my life. After pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts and specializing in pastry, I embarked on a successful career as a pastry chef, working in Four and Five Star establishments. But, as life often does, it took a turn when I became a mother to a beautiful daughter.
As much as I loved being a mom, I missed the artistic outlet that baking had always provided me. It was during this time that I decided to combine my passion for baking with my love for design. That's when Lilies and Pearls Wedding Cakes was born. This venture allowed me to remain creative while fulfilling my dream of creating stunning bespoke cakes for weddings and special celebrations.
From the heart of my HSE registered and fully insured kitchen, I pour my heart and soul into each creation. What sets Lilies and Pearls apart is our dedication to crafting not only visually captivating cakes but also cakes that taste divine. We work closely with you to customize every aspect, from flavours and fillings to design and themes.
